SATCOM Antenna - Scenario Device

This portable SATCOM antenna can be tuned to military satellite frequencies (receive only). Using an SDR (software defined radio), players can tune to verifiable signal sources that can be used to award points. For example, players can be tasked with retrieving, assembling, and finding a vaguely described signal given a frequency range. There are also many sources of live voice traffic from Brazilian satellite pirates that offer an interesting challenge to find.
